After separation, the volume of liquild will be reduced about 20~30% and will not appear solid crust, the N, P contents may reduce as well which can be made as water-fertilizer, so that the corps can absorb the nutrition effecially and make the environmental protectionand low-Carbon come true.

Working Principle:

The working principle of 9FL-260 type Solid-liquid Manure Separation Machine is screw extrusion solid-liquid separation technology. When the cutting sewage pump transport the fecal sewage to solid-liquid separation machine through pipeline, the machine will start to work, double screw extrusion will gradually push the fecal sewage to the front screen and continuously improve the front pressure at the same time, so that forcing the water out of the screen through pipeline, repeat and repeat, the front pressure will continuously increasing, when to a certain degree, the tongue in the discharging port will open and to achieve the purpose of discharge the feed out by extrusion mouth.

Usage:
